MBC4

MBC, the largest media broadcaster in the Middle East, has appointed Leftfield to create, deliver and manage iMatter, a social networking site for supporting the needs and voices of young women across the region.

MBC4 is the Arab world’s first ever channel exclusively for women. Broadcasting the latest in top-rated Western entertainment, like Oprah, Dr Phil and Friends, it is supported by iMatter – an online club that links up with more than 13,000 Arab women one-to-one. iMatter provides a unique opportunity, both online and in physical events/activities for ‘new’ Arabic women to use to express how they feel about issues and what they want to do about issues.

MBC 4 wants to capitalize on the sense of identity that women feel for IMatter and the momentum created.

Going up in the World….

Saturday, November 17th, 2007

This weekend Leftfield Digital (and our sister agency, Smarter Communications) have gone up in the World - literally - to the third floor of our current abode, Castlewood House. We’ve moved into brand spanking new office space, over twice the size of our current office bringing a plush new reception, lots of meeting areas, loads more working space and a really cool vibe!

In case you’re wondering, all of the usual contact details remain; same address, same telephone/fax numbers but just a short trip in the lift to the third floor. Bigger, better and the view from the boardroom (straight down Oxford Street) is just great. A quick reminder, we’re now at:

The only thing left to say is - “When are you coming over to check it out?”

Hello world! Hello Leftfield Digital!

Well, here we are then….a shiny new digital agency fresh out of the wrapper. And welcome to our blog. We’ve got a lovely new (corporate) website that tells the world what we do, who we do it for and stuff like that. But this blogspace is a little more personal. Yes, we’ll be talking a lot about the work we do (because we’re proud of that and want to show it off), but we’ll be throwing in opinions, stuff by others that we like, and pretty much anything that gets us going.
